Best Poetry 23: God’s Primary Orders Of Creating Four Classes

Best Poetry:

God speak’s

In the aboriginal times of the inception of this world,

I created a primary order among the humans

by which four classes came into existence.

Intelligentsia among the humans to rule the land,

Persons of Martial virtue to defend Dharma and social order,

Persons of average intellect to transact business

and persons of physique to till the lands to provide sustenance,

never distinguishing them as classes or castes

nor subjecting a human permanently to a class,

nor barring entry of a human of virtue to another class.

All these divisions are based on respective virtues,

only to ensure the rule of harmony and peace

without conferring any hereditary or progeny rights

to transform into a class or caste or sect.
